Bio:

Troy Burnett, aka TroyVershawn is a country boy from southwest VA. He has written, recorded and produced three hip-hop albums entitled, Christ in Black and White (2006), I Rep Christ (2010), and Not Conformed (2015).

He is heavily influenced by the 1990's and early 2000's hip hop sound. He is known for his husky, New York influenced, tone mixed with a southern twang flow, and raps about his faith and experiences.

TroyVershawn is a college graduate from Bridgewater College and James Madison University. He and his wife currently live in central Virginia.
